The Hospital, Patient, Health and Territories (HPST) law of 2009 provided a framework and the tools for establishing the first collective agreement for pharmacists. This opened the way to the payment of new services such as pharmaceutical interviews. After a promising start, these interviews have run out of steam. The tools provided did not facilitate clear understanding of the objectives and have demotivated pharmacists.

La loi Hôpital, patient, santé et territoires (HPST) de 2009 a donné un cadre et les moyens de construire la première convention métier. Celle-ci a ouvert la voie à la rétribution de nouveaux services comme les entretiens pharmaceutiques. Après un lancement prometteur, ces derniers se sont essoufflés. Les outils mis à disposition n’ont pas facilité une compréhension claire des objectifs poursuivis et ont démotivé les pharmaciens.
