    The patient relationship is essential for improving the efficacy of treatments. It follows rules and can benefit from a range of resources and tools. Pharmacists must be aware of and able to use the educational approach, efficient questioning which engages the patient, awareness raising techniques, brief interventions and self-administered questionnaires.
