Política de formação de professores leigos na ditadura civil-militar e a memória de educadores no sertão da bahia (1967 – 1983)

    Durante as décadas de 1960 a 1980, período de ditadura civil-militar no Brasil, foram criados programas de formação de professores com o objetivo de titular os chamados professores leigos. Um destes foi o “Programa de Aperfeiçoamento do Magistério Primário” – PAMP. Este artigo apresenta algumas reflexões acerca das ações deste programa aplicadas em áreas rurais da cidade de Guanambi, localizada no semiárido baiano. Nossas fontes foram os documentos oficiais do referido programa, artigos acadêmicos escritos nos anos 1980 que trataram da análise da política de formação de professores leigos e depoimentos de cinco docentes que participaram de cursos promovidos pelo PAMP naquele período. Analisamos a estrutura organizativa desta política educacional em articulação à evocação das memórias das experiências das educadoras e educadores guanambienses estudados para tratar das divergências entre o proposto formalmente e o vivido por aqueles docentes.

    During the 1960s and 1980s, therefore, during the regime of civil-military dictatorship in Brazil, teacher training programs were created with the objective of titling the so-called lay teachers.

    One of these was the "Program for the Improvement of Primary Teaching" - PAMP. This article presents some reflections on the actions of this program applied in rural areas of the city of Guanambi, located in the semi - arid state of Bahia. Our sources were the official documents of this program, academic articles written in the 1980s that dealt with the analysis of the policy of training lay teachers and testimonies of five teachers who participated in courses promoted by PAMP in that period. We analyze the organizational structure of this educational policy in articulation with the evocation of the memories of the experiences of the educators and educators studied in Guanajuato to deal with the differences between the formal proposal and the one experienced by those teachers
