    El artículo analiza las propuestas del nuevo gobierno en materia de seguridad y justicia para descifrar y digerir las propuestas emergentes y advertir el rumbo que tomaremos, pues los crímenes se multiplican y la angustia crece. Revisa el desempeño del Estado, las leyes en la materia, así como la situación de los derechos humanos, el sistema sistema penal en México y el quehacer del gobierno.

    The article analyses the new Government’s proposals for security and justice to Decipher and digest the emerging proposals and warn of the direction we will take, as crimes multiply and anguish grows. Revises the state’s performance, the laws on the subject, as well as the human rights situation, the criminal system in Mexico and the government’s task.
