La administración de justicia en México a finales del siglo XIX se significó por su apertura normativa, con el fin de alcanzar los ideales de prosperidad y progreso nacionales. Empero, la definición de competencias judiciales fue un proceso dificultoso, orientado por intereses personales y revestido de aparente legalidad: en un ciclo de perfeccionamiento jurídico y de fallos, que más que dirimir controversias, escriben la historia judicial mexicana.
The justice administration in Mexico at the end of century XIX meant itself by its normative opening, with the purpose to reach the ideals of national prosperity and progress. However, the definition of judicial intervention was a difficult process, oriented by personal interests and unreal legality: in a cycle of legal improvement and sentences, that more than to dissolve controversies, write the Mexican judicial history.
