  Vivimos en un mundo de cambios continuos y aleatorios, extremamente enrevesado. Considerando esta realidad, este trabajo tiene como propósito introducir en la discusión académica la temática de la complejidad, por medio de un sucinto acercamiento teórico-conceptual.

  Se trabaja con fuentes secundarias, lo que implica revisión de artículos y libros que abordan estos tópicos; esto permite indagar en la naturaleza del fenómeno y su forma de operar en el ámbito de las organizaciones. No se pretende agotar el tema –imposible de hacer en tan pocas líneas- pero si, servir de acercamiento al debate, intentando provocar la gestación de nuevas cavilaciones académicas.

  We live in a world of continuous and aleatory changes, extremely convoluted. Considering this fact, this paper aims to introduce the topic of complexity in the academic discussion through a brief theoretical and conceptual approach. Secondary sources were used, which involves review of articles and books that address these topics; this allows inquire into the nature of the phenomenon and the way they operate in the field of organizations. It is not intended to exhaust the subject -impossible in so few lines- but if, serve approach to the debate, trying to provoke the generation of new academic reflections.
