    Nuestro estudio ha pretendido analizar la confianza de la sociedad en las fundaciones relacionadas con el sistema financiero en España, incidiendo en los fines y gestión de los recursos. Del mismo modo, se pretende analizar la necesidad de una nueva normativa más adecuada a este fenómeno fundacional concreto. Para ello, el paradigma considerado en la metodología ha sido el mixto pues, mediante un análisis cuantitativo y cualitativo de variables y su interpretación se persigue descubrir el estado del objeto de estudio y contrastar las hipótesis. Por ello, se ha seguido un método de investigación basado en la estrategia de encuesta y estratificado, recogiendo la información utilizando procedimientos de medida/observación consistentes y estandarizados para la totalidad de los sujetos. Los resultados evidencian la desconfianza de la sociedad en estas instituciones, además de la necesidad de elaborar leyes a nivel supranacional que regulen estas instituciones con un mayor rigor

    Our study has attempted to analyze the trust of society in foundations related to the financial system in Spain, influencing the purposes and management of resources. In the same way, it is intended to analyze the need forma new regulation more appropriate to this specific foundational phenomenon. For this, the paradigm considered inthe methodology has been the mixed one therefore, by means of a quantitative and qualitative analysis of variables and their interpretation, the aim is to discover the state of the object of study and to test the hypoteses. Therefore, a research method based on the survey strategy and satratified has been followed, collectingthe information using consistent and standardized measurement/observation procedures for all subjets. The results show the distrust of society in these institution, in addition to the need to prepare laws at the supranational level that regulate these institutions with greater rigor
