Resumen de Medidas en el ámbito laboral derivadas de la situación provocada por el Covid-19. Visión crítica.

  En el presente trabajo, se aborda el estudio crı́tico de las medidas que ha venido tomando el Gobierno de España para afrontar el reto planteado por la pandemia causada por el Covid 19.

  Estas medidas se plantean en dos momentos, antes y después de la declaración de Estado de Alarma, y van dirigidas, de manera fundamental a evitar la transmisión de la epidemia, reducir el número de contagios y el consiguiente colapso del sistema sanitario. Esto implica la práctica paralización de la actividad económica en aquello que no es esencial. En un segundo término, las medidas se orientan a paliar las consecuencias sobre el tejido productivo y sobre el empleo que tiene la citada paralización, de modo que, cuando se produzca el reingreso a la actividad, el paı́s no se encuentre con su tejido empresarial devastado. De todas las medidas que inciden sobre la actividad económica y laboral, este trabajo se centra en las medidas dirigidas a los trabajadores por cuenta ajena.

  This paper aims to carry out a critical study of the measures that the Spanish Government has taken to face the challenge posed by the pandemic so-called Covid 19.

  These measures have been proposed at two different moments, before and after the declaration of the State of Alarm. On the one hand, they are aimed, fundamentally, at preventing the transmission of the outbreak, reducing the number of infections and the consequent collapse of the health system, which implies a total shutdown of the economic activity in what is not essential. On the other hand, these measures intend to relieve the consequences on the productive framework and on the employment caused by the said inactivity, in such a way that, when the economic activity starts over again, the country does not ind its business sector devastated.
