Se abordan desde una perspectiva integral y teniendo como base la doctrina pro persona1, los Derechos Humanos del feto, la madre y el padre frente al aborto, ello con la finalidad de mostrar, más allá de ser una decisión unilateral por parte de la madre –regulada por el derecho-, el impacto irrevocable que ésta decisión tiene en el feto y el padre.

The human rights of the fetus, mother and father are approached from a holistic perspective on the basis of the pro person doctrine, in order to show, that beyond being an unilateral decision made by the mother - regulated by the law- it's a decision that causes an irrevocable impact on the fetus and the father.
