Resumen de Fraude fiscal y tributación de los deportistas profesionales. ¿Culpables o no culpables?

En los últimos años muchos han sido los deportistas que han tenido problemas con la justicia española debido a la forma de tributación de sus derechos de imagen, especialmente futbolistas de la talla de Cristiano Ronaldo, Lionel Messi o Xabi Alonso. Es por ello, creo interesante estudiar lo más relevante de alguno de estos casos tan mediáticos, para así tratar de entender el por qué de esta usual práctica entre deportistas de reconocido prestigio y si realmente los propios deportistas son conscientes o no de lo que no me cabe la menor duda que dejan en manos de sus asesores fiscales.

In recent years there have been many athletes who have had problems with Spanish justice due to the form of taxation of their image rights, especially soccer players such as Cristiano Ronaldo, Lionel Messi or Xabi Alonso. That is why, I think it is interesting to study the most relevant of some of these media cases, ir order to try to understand why this usual practice among athletes of recognized prestige and if the athletes themselves are really aware or not of what I have no doubt they leave in the hands of their tax advisors.
