    El actual artículo de revisión, tiene como propósito analizar el rol del maestro en la educación sostenible 2030, desde una perspectiva documental – analítica. La educación corre el riesgo de perder su esencia al pretender separar lo ético – espiritual de lo académico, al contrario debe ser una triada inseparable, sobre todo en los primeros años de formación del estudiante, los padres y representantes deben girar nuevamente a comprender el rol en conjunto al maestro de educar a sus hijos, el hogar y la escuela se complementan en la educación, ambos escenarios son importantes para la vida del estudiante. El maestro, ya no solo basta con educar en valores sociales en contexto, sino, globales, es decir ante la figura de un mundo global, se abre la posibilidad de interrelaciones basadas en el intercambio cultural, educar para una convivencia mundial desde lo local.

    The current review article aims to analyze the role of the teacher in sustainable education 2030, from a documentary - analytical perspective. Education runs the risk of losing its essence by trying to separate the ethical - spiritual from the academic, on the contrary it must be an inseparable triad, especially in the first years of student training, parents and representatives must turn again to understand the role Together with the teacher of educating their children, home and school complement each other in education, both scenarios are important for the student's life. The teacher, not only enough to educate in social values in context, but global, that is to say before the figure of a global world, opens the possibility of interrelations based on cultural exchange, educating for a global coexistence from the local.
