Resumen de El trasplante renal entre pacientes vivos desconocidos: reflexiones biojurídicas

Esta contribución analiza el reciente Parecer del Comité Nacional para la Bioética (CNB) italiano, que se ha expresado en sentido favorable sobre la donación de riñones entre sujetos vivos no consanguíneos ni afectivamente ligados. Luego de haber reseñado la legislación italiana en materia y el precedente más relevante del mismo CNB, el artículo examina las principales críticas de tal práctica desde el punto de vista antropológico, ético y jurídico.

This article analyzes the recent Document of the Italian Committee of Bioethics, which has opened to the donation of kidneys form unrelated living persons and neither emotionally. After the review of Italian law on this matter, and after reading the previous Document on the same Committee on this, the article examines the main critical questions that this practice raises, in terms of anthropological, ethical and legal aspects.
