Ensino da ovinocultura: integração entre distintos conhecimentos na formação técnica em Agropecuária

    Objetivou-se problematizar a formação tecnicista e disciplinar do Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia do Pará, IFPA - Campus Castanhal refletindo sobre possibilidades pedagógicas para o ensino técnico da ovino-caprinocultura a partir da conexão de saberes de diversas áreas do conhecimento identificando o sistema de criação de ovinos (Ovis aries) na realidade da agricultura familiar. Foi Realizada pesquisa documental e Diagnóstico Rápido Participativo (DRP), utilizando-se técnicas individuais e grupais. Concomitantemente ao diagnóstico foram coletados dados sobre a criação de ovinos e para isso utilizou-se o método de Observação Participante com enfoque zootécnico (OPZ), com o registro do cotidiano de Assentados da Reforma Agrária criadores de ovinos em anotações no diário de campo. A inter e/ou transdisciplinaridade demonstraram ser formas de conexões mais adequadas para formação técnica numa percepção mais crítica e ampla de realidades como dos assentamentos rurais. Os conhecimentos científicos se combinam momentaneamente ou definitivamente aos saberes comuns dos sujeitos na prática pedagógica o que produziu variadas sínteses e a geração de reflexões no âmbito social, econômico, político e ambiental dos sistemas produtivos do assentamento, incluindo neste contexto a ausência de tecnologias adequadas para ovinocultura quando inserida no conjunto desta realidade agrícola.

    The objective is to discuss the technical education and discipline of the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Pará, IFPA - Campus Castanhal reflecting on pedagogical possibilities for technical education of sheep-goat from the connection of knowledge from different fields of knowledge by identifying the system for sheep (Ovis aries) in the reality of family farming. Was Conducted documentary research and Participatory Rapid Assessment (PRA), using individual and group techniques. Concomitant diagnosis data were collected on the creation of sheep and goats and for this we used the method of Participant Observation focusing livestock (OPZ), recording the daily life of sheep farmers in the PA daily field notes. The inter-and / or transdisciplinary forms of connections proved more suitable for technical training in a more critical perception of realities and wide as the rural settlements. Scientific knowledge combine momentarily or permanently to the knowledge of the common subject in pedagogical practice which produced various syntheses and the generation of reflections in the social, economic, political and environmental production systems of the settlement, including in this context the lack of appropriate technologies for sheep when inserted in the set of this agricultural reality.
