Resumen de Gestão da sub-bacia hidrográfica do Alto Jaguaribe, no gerenciamento do comitê de 2006 a 2010

  Through assignments granted to river basin committees, they contribute by making a participative management of water resources with the decentralization of water, educational campaigns, intervention issues within the basin with bodies. The study aimed to make a diagnosis of participatory management of the third committee of the board of the watershed of high Jaguaribe (CSBHAJ). For this, we performed an analysis of the actions of the board during his tenure from 2006 to 2010. The survey was conducted between February and April 2011. Where conducted a survey of data on the actions taken by the committee of the sub-basin, at the Center for Participatory Management Company of Water Resources Management - COGERH, Management Iguatu-EC during these years, and participation in meetings and literature review.

  Within the study, we can observe members' participation in events related to water management, disclosure of the High Committee Jaguaribe, educational campaigns carried out by the committee sub-basin, the effective presence of the members at meetings held by the committee.

  Mediante atribuições outorgadas aos comitês de bacias hidrográficas, os mesmos contribuem fazendo uma gestão participativa dos recursos hídricos com a descentralização das águas, campanhas educativas, intervenção de problemas dentro da bacia com órgãos responsáveis.

  O estudo objetivou em fazer um diagnóstico da gestão participativa da terceira diretoria do comitê da bacia hidrográfica do alto Jaguaribe (CSBHAJ). Para isso, foi realizada uma análise das atuações da diretoria durante o seu mandato de 2006 a 2010. A pesquisa foi realizada entre os meses de fevereiro a abril de 2011. Onde se realizou um levantamento de dados sobre as ações feitas pelo comitê da sub-bacia, junto ao Núcleo de Gestão Participativa da Companhia de Gerenciamento de Recursos Hídricos – COGERH, Gerência Iguatu-CE durante estes anos, e participação em reuniões e revisão bibliográfica. Dentro do estudo pode-se observa a participação dos membros em eventos ligados a gestão de águas, divulgação do Comitê do Alto Jaguaribe, realização de campanhas educativas realizadas pelo comitê da sub-bacia, a presença efetiva dos membros nas reuniões realizadas pelo comitê.
