    El presente artículo se realizó tomando datos secundarios de diferentes fuentes de información de entidades gubernamentales y organizaciones las cuales tienen en sus registros cifras consolidadas y sirven como apoyo a procesos investigativos, se enmarca en la competitividad y los negocios internacionales y a su vez, se delimita a una región y a un bloque económico específico para generar coherencia y trazabilidad de la información recolectada, donde el tema principal es: la competitividad de las pymes del departamento de Antioquia que realizan operaciones de comercio exterior con los países de la Alianza Pacífico. Se evidencia en la investigación que unas de las fortalezas que aportan a la competitividad de estas organizaciones son: innovación, gerencia estratégica y finanzas y el talento humano predominante tiene formación postgradual.

    This article was made by taking secondary data from different sources of information of government entities and organizations which in some way or another have consolidated figures in their registers and serve as support for investigative processes, is part of the competitiveness and international business and in turn, it delimits itself to a region and a Specific economic block to generate coherence and traceability of the information collected, where the main issue is: The competitiveness of SMEs in the Department of Antioquia that carry out foreign trade operations with the countries of the Pacific Alliance. It is evident in the research that some of the strengths that contribute to the competitiveness of these organizations are: innovation, strategic management and finance and the predominant human talent has postgraduate training.
