    En el presente trabajo, se analiza el origen y la evolución del turismo, así como el mercado que gira en torno a esto en nuestro país, centrándose en el llamado turismo de "sol y playa", ya que es el turismo que se practica en la mayoría en España. Para esto, presentaré un análisis sobre cuáles son sus causas y las consecuencias que tiene sobre el medio ambiente. El objetivo del trabajo es crear conciencia sobre la necesidad de reemplazar la tendencia del turismo masivo e irrespetuoso con el medio ambiente; para un turismo más sostenible con la naturaleza. A partir de ahí, mostraré una tabla comparativa para estudiar los diferentes efectos del turismo de sol y playa en el medio ambiente y lo que puede tener el turismo sostenible. Una muestra de 100 turistas ha sido entrevistada. Conclusiones teóricas y prácticas pueden extraerse del trabajo

    In the present work, it is analysed the origin and evolution of tourism, as well as the market that revolves around this in our country, focusing on the so-called "sun and beach" tourism since it is tourism that is practiced in a majority in Spain. For this, I will present an analysis about what its causes are and the consequences it has on the environment. The objective of the work is to raise awareness of the need to replace the trend of massive and disrespectful tourism with the environment; for a more sustainable tourism with nature. From there, I will show a comparative table to study the different effects of sun and beach tourism on the environment and what sustainable tourism can have. A sample of 100 tourists has been interviewed. Theoretical and practical conclusions can be drawn from work.
