    Se analiza la reparación integral y la cuantificación del daño inmaterial y el proyecto de vida, categorías jurídicas incorporadas en nuestra Constitución vigente, pues al momento de reparar estos daños, se observa que no existen parámetros para determinar su cuantificación, ni una forma que permita fijar una cantidad de dinero suficiente para resarcir el daño sufrido. El objetivo que se pretende alcanzar es establecer parámetros legales que garanticen una adecuada cuantificación del daño inmaterial y el proyecto de vida en la reparación integral. La metodología científica investigativa parte del paradigma cualitativo, sustentado en métodos tales como análisis y síntesis bibliográficos. Se concluye que, el simple razonamiento de un juez, no es suficiente para que se pueda determinar la cuantificación del daño inmaterial y proyecto de vida, siendo necesario el establecimiento de parámetros que permitan una reparación integral adecuada y una cuantificación justa.

    The integral reparation and the quantification of the immaterial damage and the life project are analyzed, legal categories incorporated in our current Constitution, because at the time of repairing these damages, it is observed that there are no parameters to determine their quantification, nor a way to fix A sufficient amount of money to compensate for the damage suffered. The objective to be achieved is to establish legal parameters that guarantee an adequate quantification of the immaterial damage and the life project in the integral reparation. The scientific research methodology starts from the qualitative paradigm, based on methods such as bibliographic analysis and synthesis. It is concluded that, the simple reasoning of a judge, is not enough so that the quantification of the immaterial damage and life project can be determined, being necessary the establishment of parameters that allow an adequate integral repair and a fair quantification.
