Resumen de Alelopatia de espécies arbóreas da caatinga na germinação e vigor de sementes de feijão macacar

  The successful implementation of systems agrosilvipastoris depends, among other factors, studies to assess the allelopathic effects between species. The work was to evaluate the allelopathic effects of extracts from twigs of Jurema (Mimosa tenuiflora (Willd.) Poir.) and Marmeleiro (Croton sonderianus Mull. Arg.) germination and vigor of bean (Vigna unguiculata (L.) Walp.). We used aqueous extracts of these two species alone and together (1:1) at concentrations of 0, 25, 50, 75 and 100% from the crude extract in the laboratory greenhouse and nursery. In testing the experimental design was completely randomized design with treatments arranged in a factorial 5 x 3 (concentration and sources of the extracts) were used. In laboratory germination of beans was lower when using extracts mixed, however the characteristics that determine the vigor of the seedlings were more affected by the extracts used in isolation. In the nursery use of the three extracts did not differ among themselves as to the final germination, although there were influences in seedling vigor.

  O sucesso da implantação de sistemas agrosilvipastoris depende, dentre outros fatores, de estudos que avaliem o efeito alelopático entre as espécies. O trabalho foi realizado com o objetivo de avaliar o efeito alelopático de extratos de ramos de jurema-preta (Mimosa tenuiflora (Willd.) Poir.) e marmeleiro (Croton sonderianus Mull. Arg.) na germinação e vigor de feijão macacar. Foram utilizados extratos aquosos destas duas espécies isoladamente e juntos (1:1) nas concentrações de 0, 25, 50, 75 e 100% a partir do extrato bruto em laboratório e viveiro telado. No ensaio o delineamento utilizado foi o inteiramente ao acaso, com os tratamentos distribuídos em esquema fatorial 5 x 3 (concentração e fontes dos extratos), em quatro repetições. Em laboratório a germinação do feijão foi mais reduzida quando se utilizou os extratos misturados, entretanto as características que determinavam o vigor das plântulas foram mais afetados pelos extratos usados isoladamente. Em viveiro o uso dos três extratos não apresentou diferenças entre si quanto à germinação final, não obstante houve influencia no vigor das plântulas.
