  En la era de la información y de la explosión de tecnologías, la Universidad de las Ciencias Informáticas trabaja por proyectar soportes tecnológicos como gestión del proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje, específicamente en la práctica laboral. Se sustenta la investigación en que el estudio exploratorio realizado, refleja que existen insuficiencias por parte de los profesores al identificar la información que necesitan para transformar el proceso docente-investigativo-productivo y la motivación de los estudiantes por gestionar adecuadamente la información necesaria para el proyecto productivo donde realizan su práctica laboral. Por lo que se define como objetivo de la investigación: contribuir con los soportes tecnológicos como medios del proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje, a la gestión de la información en la práctica laboral. Como población se toman profesores y los estudiantes de 3ero y 4to años de la universidad. Para el diagnóstico y validación de los resultados se utilizó como indagaciones empíricas: los métodos de observación, la encuesta y la entrevista; elaborándose tres instrumentos para la obtención de los resultados alcanzados con la triangulación.

  In the information age and the explosion of technologies, the University of the Science and Informatics’ works to project technological supports such as the management of the teaching-learning process, specifically in the work practice. The research is based on the fact that the exploratory study carried out reflects that there are inadequacies on the part of the professors in identifying the information they need to transform the teaching-research-productive process and the motivation of the students to properly manage the necessary information for the project productive where they carry out their work practice. For what is defined as the objective of the investigation: to contribute with the technological supports as means of the teaching-learning process, to the management of the information in the work practice. As a population, teachers and students of 3rd and 4th years of the university were taken. For the diagnosis and validation of the results, empirical inquiries were used: the methods of observation, the survey and the interview; being elaborated three instruments to obtain the achieved results with the triangulation.
