  • There is too much mystic about quality management systems (QMSs), arising in part from the obfuscation of earlier editions of ISO 9001 and the bureaucracy of third-party certifi cation. Following last month’s note on the historical development of quality systems1, the latest Business Practice Note looks at the principles of the current standard, BS EN ISO 9001:20152.
