    El Grand Tour fue un recorrido que se puso de moda entre la nobleza europea durante los siglos XVII - XIX. Era un viaje para los jóvenes aristócratas, que aprovechaban esta costumbre para formarse y crear lazos con las distintas familias acomodadas con las que se alojaban. Este artículo analiza la historia de este periplo internacional y su impacto en diferentes artes, principalmente en la literatura de aquella época y el cine del siglo XX.

    The Grand Tour was a journey that became fashionable among noble European families between the 17th and 19th centuries. It was a journey undertaken by many aristocratic young men, who used the tour both as an educational experience and as a way to create ties with the wealthy families they stayed with while journeying. This article analyses the history of this international tour and its impact on the arts, especially on the literature of the era and on cinema in the 20th century.
