  • At the present stage of the evolution of the society in the situation of developing international contacts, the demand for specialists with knowledge of a foreign language, especially in the technical and technological fields, is very high. This social demand has led to the search for new forms and methods of teaching foreign languages (grammar in particular) aimed at faster and better learning of information. The purpose of the article is to prove the effectiveness of using pedagogical cues in the form of comic strips / NLP graphics / color when learning the grammar of the English language. The research uses analytical, empirical, diagnostic and experimental methods, including comparison and grouping of results, as well as the semantic method of interpreting the grammatical phenomena. The leading method of research was the visualization of educational material. As a result of the experiment presented in the research (where 57 students from 17 to 25 years of age participated) it was proved that grammatical rules are comprehended easier, faster and more effectively if pedagogical visualized cues are used when memorizing the material. On the basis of the findings, a methodology for teaching grammar with the use of comic books was developed and theoretically grounded, methodological materials for teaching grammar to students of technical higher education institutions were developed with the focus on the analytical mindset of the audience for which the proposed method is intended. As a result of applying the proposed methodology, the formation of grammatical skills, conditioned by methodological and psychophysiological factors, is 17% faster and more efficient, which was confirmed by the experiment. The analysis of its results has shown that the learning of grammatical structures using the visualization method increases the motivation of students, makes the learning process creative and promotes the development of the students’ creative abilities. Research materials can be useful for teachers of foreign languages, specialists in infographics, authors of textbooks on modern grammar of the English language, psychologists, conducting research in the field of perception of new information and processes of its memorization.
