    Los próximos días 20 y 21 de mayo se celebrará en Chicago la Cumbre de la OTAN, que en esta ocasión, y a diferencia de lo ocurrido en 2010 en Lisboa, no se hará coincidir con una Cumbre del Consejo OTAN‐Rusia. En este Documento se detallan los motivos de la no asistencia de ningún mandatario ruso a Chicago, el nivel de avance en los programas de cooperación establecidos en Lisboa, y los motivos de fondo de la desconfianza que preside las relaciones entre la Federación y la Alianza Atlántica.

    The NATO Summit will be held in Chicago next 20th and 21st of May, and this time, in contrast to what happened in 2010 in Lisbon, will not coincide with a summit of the NATO‐Russia Council. The reasons for the absence of the Russian incumbents in Chicago, the level of progress of the cooperation programs established in Lisbon, and the root causes of the lack of confidence that reigns over the relations between the Federation and the Atlantic Alliance are detailed in this Document.
