El estudio aborda el análisis de las sentencias dictadas en aplicación del princi­pio de igualdad de trato y oportunidades desde el 1 de septiembre de 2018 hasta el 31 de agosto de 2019 por el Tribunal de Justicia y el Tribunal General de la Unión Europea. También incluye sentencias y decisiones dictadas en ese periodo por el Tribunal Europeo de Derechos Humanos.
