Resumen de Traslado neonatal. Revisión bibliográfica

  El sistema sanitario está normalmente protocolizado, sin embargo, pocos son los hospitales que disponen en el Servicio de Neonatología de una guía útil para que el equipo sanitario pueda garantizar un traslado del neonato eficiente sin deteriorar la patológica preexistente. Esto y el aumento del número de traslados a lo largo de los años ha sido el motivo para la realización de esta revisión bibliográfica. Se buscaron evidencias científicas que fundamentaron la elaboración de un protocolo, utilizando bases de datos científicas y otras fuentes, aplicando criterios de inclusión y exclusión, para la selección de los artículos. El éxito del transporte no depende exclusivamente de su rapidez, sino de que exista un dispositivo organizado, material adecuado y un equipo profesional especializado y habituado a las características del enfermo. Tras el análisis de los artículos, se observa un incremento reciente del número de traslados, aunque las patologías que los originan son similares a las de años atrás. España en comparación con Latinoamérica, es uno de los países con más implicación en estos traslados

  The health system is usually notarized, however, there are few hospitals that have a useful guideline in the Neonatology Service for sanitary equipment to guarantee an efficient newborn transfer without impairing the pre-existing pathologies. This and the increase of the number of transfers over the years has been the reason for the realization of this literature review. In order to elaborate a protocol of action, we have carried out a research in scientific databases and other sources, applying the inclusion and exclusion criteria, for the accurate selection of studies. The success of the transport depends not exclusively on its speed, but also on the existence of an organized device, suitable material and a neonatal professional team specialized and accustomed to the characteristics of the patient. After the analysis of the articles, it is observed an increase of transfers over the years, although the pathologies that originate them are similar. Spain, compared to Latin America, is one of the countries with more involvement in these transfers
