Resumen de «Querida Amazonia»: La emergencia de una hermenéutica genético-inductiva y la inculturación teológico-cultural de la doctrina

Francisco ha impulsado el inicio de un proceso de recepción creativa del Concilio Vaticano II. Más que reformar estructuras eclesiales, ha buscado convertir mentalidades y redireccionar los modos de proceder institucionales a la luz de un modelo de Iglesia misionera y sinodal. Podemos hablar de una Iglesia en transición, caracterizada por la coexistencia de distintos modelos eclesiológicos que han hecho resurgir debates en torno a las hermenéuticas de las afirmaciones conciliares y la evolución del magisterio. En esta encrucijada se situaron las discusiones sobre la nueva Exhortación Apostólica “Querida Amazonia” (QA). En este espacio, queremos ofrecer algunos criterios de interpretación del proceso sinodal y de la recepción que se inicia en esta nueva hora para la Iglesia latinoamericana.

Pope Francis has promoted the beginning of a process of creative reception of Vatican II. Rather than reforming ecclesial structures, he sought to convert mentalities and redirect institutional modes of procedure in the light of a model of the missionary and synodal Church. We can speak of a Church in transition, characterized by the coexistence of different ecclesiological models that have given rise to debates about the hermeneutics of the Council’s statements and the evolution of the magisterium. The discussions on the new Apostolic Exhortation “Querida Amazonia” (QA) took place at this crossroads. In this space, we would like to offer some criteria for the interpretation of the synodal process and the reception that begins in this new hour for the Latin American Church.
