Resumen de Los lagares rupestres de la Península Ibérica: sistemas de estrujado y problemática cronológica

  En este trabajo analizaremos los lagares rupestres, esto es, las estructuras destnadas al estrujado (pisado/prensado/recepción de líquido), excavadas en aforamientos rocosos, de la Península Ibérica, a partr de los datos arrojados por las últmas investgaciones. Realizamos en primer lugar una breve síntesis historiográfca, para adentrarnos posteriormente en el análisis de los dos principales problemas que presentan estas estructuras: su funcionalidad y su cronología. Para fnalizar, analizamos las variantes técnicas documentadas a partr del estudio de los elementos de estrujado y recepción de estas estructuras. Encontramos, de esta forma, lagares dotados de estructuras simples de pisa, lagares con huellas del uso de prensas de viga y lagares que evidencian el uso de prensas vertcales de tornillo central.

  In this work we analyze the ancient rock winepress, the structures aimed to the crushing (trampling / pressing / recepton of liquid) excavated in rocky outcrops of the Iberian Peninsula, according to the data obtained in the last researches. In order to delve into the analysis of the two main problems presented by these structures: their functonality and their chronology, frst, we carried out a brief historiographical summary. Finally, we assay the technical variants documented from the study of the elements of crushing and recepton. In this way, we fnd winepresses equipped with simple trampling structures, winepresses with traces of the use of beam presses and winepresses that show the use of standing presses with a central screw.

  Lan honetan, azken ikerkuntzen datuetan oinarrituz, harkaitz-dolareak aztertzen ditugu, hau da, arroka azaleratzeetan industutako eta zanpatzera (zapaltzea/prentsatzea/likidoa jasotzea) bideraturiko egiturak. Lehenik, sintesi historiografko labur bat egiten dugu, ondoren egitura hauek aurkezten dituzten bi arazo nagusien azterketa egiteko: funtzionaltasuna eta kronologia.

  Amaitzeko, dolare hauen zanpatze eta jasotze elementuen azterketaren bidez dokumentaturiko teknika-aldaerak aztertzen ditugu. Horrela, zapaltzezko egitura sinpleak dituzten dolareak, habezko prentsen erabilpen-aztarnak dituzten dolareak eta torloju zentraleko prentsa bertkalen erabilpena berresten duten dolareak aurkitzen ditugu.
