  Apresenta-se a inscrição paleocristã de Palhinha 1, caracterizada pela sua antiguidade no contexto do Sul do actual território português, procurando-se a sua integração, recorrendo aos dados materiais e orais de prospecção do respectivo sítio, dando-se igualmente a conhecer alguns sítios inéditos que se situam na envolvente.

  This paper is a presentation of the Paleo-Christian inscription of Palhinha 1, characterized by its antiquity in the context of the south of the present-day Portuguese territory, and seeks its understanding, using the material and oral survey data of the respective site, while also examining some unpublished sites which are located in its vicinity.
