La narrativa como herramienta teórica metodológica tanto para la investigación como para la formación inicial de los docentes

    El presente trabajo vincula una práctica investigativa y una práctica de enseñanza. Dos espacios que se articulan entre sí, el Proyecto de Investigación,so Didáctica y Currículum, cuyo equipo docente lo conforman algunos integrantes del mencionado proyecto, en la Universidad Nacional de San Luis, espacios desde los cuales se pone en valor la narrativa.Recurrimos a la narrativa como una herramienta de investigación teórico-metodológica para indagar desde la investigación sentidos y significaciones,  construidos por los estudiantes, a lo largo de un trayecto de formación docente inicial. En cuanto a las prácticas de enseñanza los relatos permitieron por un lado, ir conectando a los sujetos con su propio proceso formativo y por otro, reconstruir el camino seguido, re-significarlo a partir de las miradas y voces de otros compañeros y de las profesoras. En este sentido, recuperamos el yo narrador, en el cierre de un trayecto de formación con la intensión de hacer emerger aspectos conceptuales, experiencias personales y grupales, sentimientos, vínculos intersubjetivos, valoraciones, etc.

    This work connects a research activity with a teaching practice, two areas combined through the Research Project: “Education and Subjectivity. Practices, Curriculum, Knowledge and Bonds in the Production of Subjectivity - PROICO 41518”, and the teaching practices in the Didactics and Curriculum Course. The teaching team of this course is made up of some members of the research project. Both the project and the course are conducted at the National University of San Luis, where the value of narratives is highlighted.

    Since teaching practice, we resort to narrative as a methodological-theoretical research tool to study the meanings and perceptions that students construct across their training as teachers. In the teaching practice field, stories made it possible to connect individuals with their own training process and to reconstruct the path they followed. Through the perspective and the voices of classmates and teachers, these processes were given a new meaning. We recover the narrator self at the closing stage of a training course, with the intention of eliciting conceptual aspects, personal and group experiences, feelings, intersubjective bonds, assessments, etc.

    The work carried out allowed us to validate, in our case, the narrative as a valuable tool to be used within the research project that we carried out.
