Se ha comprobado que la participación de productos zeolíticos en los cultivos de microalgas marinas produce un aumento de rendimiento en el número de células producidas, con respecto a los cultivos que sirven de testigo.
En el presente trabajo se exponen los resultados obtenidos con los productos zeolíticos Zeben-06 y Zestec-56, en cultivos de Emiliania huxleyi, a través de una nueva metodología consistente en el previo tratamiento del medio con los productos mencionados, seguido de filtración por 0,1 um. Se han conseguido crecimientos celulares muy superiores a los del cultivo testigo.

The participation of zeolitic products in culture of marine microalga has been proved. They produce an increase on the number of cells with respect to control culture. The results obtained with the zeolitic products named Zeben-06 and Zestec-56 in cultures of Emiliania huxleyi, are shown in this work. The cultures have been carried out following a new methodology. This consists on the previous treatment of culture medium with the mentioned products, followed by filtration through 0.1 um. Cell growths higher than control cultures have been obtained.
