Esta investigación indaga acerca de las distintas realidades entre mujeres y hombres en cuanto a características demográficas se refiere y cómo estas influyen de forma diferenciada en el desencadenamiento del estrés. Se ha realizado un estudio prospectivo longitudinal con una muestra de 264 estudiantes (un 41,8% mujeres) del grado en fisioterapia. Los síntomas de estrés fueron evaluados mediante la Subescala de respuestas de estrés (R-CEA). Los resultados indican que Compaginar estudios y trabajo y presentar Otras obligaciones además del estudio son las variables más influyentes, resultando ser facilitadores del estrés para las mujeres y protectores del estrés para los hombres.
This research investigates the different realities between women and men in terms of demographic characteristics and how these have a differentiated influence on the triggering of stress.
