Resumen de El futuro no es como antes del determinismo a la inferencia

  El profesor enseñaba gestión presupuestaria y citó una frase de su padre: “El futuro no es como antes”. Esta frase resume –con el leguaje simple y paradójico que tienen los dichos populares– el contexto donde el empresario se encuentra, con la necesidad de predecir cómo se presentarán las circunstancias en el futuro, analizarlas de la manera adecuada y, a partir de ello, tomar las decisiones que levparezcan más convenientes.

  Los modelos deterministas, elaborados muchas veces luego de arduos estudios y estimaciones, no son suficientes para encarar esta situación.

  En este trabajo, se enuncia en primer lugar el análisis a efectuar en contexto de certidumbre o, mejor dicho, de aparente certidumbre.

  Posteriormente se desarrolla la dinámica que tiene la realidad con su complejidad de factores y las premisas y aspectos que sirven de base para el método de tratarla. Esta metodología genérica, que no es un patrimonio exclusivo de la Contabilidad de Gestión sino de la forma de afrontar la realidad total, es aplicada concretamente en este trabajo para el análisis de la incertidumbre y el riesgo.

  Así, se desarrollan distintas técnicas de análisis en contextos de incertidumbre y aquellas herramientas que permiten acotar sus efectos.

  The professor was teaching budgeting and cited a phrase from his father: «The future is not like before.» This phrase sums up - in simple language that have the paradoxical folk sayings, the context where the employer meets the need to predict how circumstances arise in the future, analyze them in the right way and, on this basis, make decisions that seem most appropriate.

  Deterministic models, often developed after rigorous research and estimates, are not sufficient to address this situation. In this paper, first is set out in the analysis to be made in context of certainty, or rather, of an apparent certainty.

  Thereafter, develops, dynamic with reality with its complexity of factors and issues that are the basis for the method of treating it. This generic methodology that is not a prerogative of management accounting but also how to deal with the whole reality, is applied in this work specifically for the analysis of uncertainty and risk.

  Thus, different analysis techniques are developed in contexts of uncertainty and refine those tools to their effects
