The fusion cross section of ^(9)Li + ^(70)Zn reaction is studied in an extensive manner within the framework of different theoretical approaches. For this purpose, three different methods which consist of proximity potentials, temperature dependent densities and temperature dependent nuclear potentials are used in order to determine the real part of the nuclear potential. The imaginary part is considered as Woods-Saxon potential. The calculated fusion cross sections are compared with the experimental data. The theoretical results describe the experimental data very well. It is seen that the applied approaches are different ways to study the reactions involving fusion cross sections.
