Resumen de La celebración de santa Faustina Kowalska en el Calendario Romano General

El papa Francisco, por medio del decreto Misericordia eius, ha dispuesto que la celebración de santa Faustina Kowalska entre a formar parte del Calendario Romano General.
Con esta, son seis las celebraciones, todas con grado de memoria ad libitum, que han incrementado el citado calendario durante el actual pontificado. En el artículo analizamos cómo se ha ido introduciendo esta celebración en los distintos calendarios particulares hasta llegar al Calendario Romano General, y describimos los textos litúrgicos propios de la misma.

Pope Francis, by means of the decree «Misericordia eius» (18.05.2020), has ordered that the celebration of St. Faustina Kowalska be included in the General Roman Calendar. With this one, there are six celebrations, all with the degree of memory ad libitum, that have increased the mentioned calendar during the current pontificate. In the article we analyse the way this celebration has been introduced in the different particular calendars until reaching the General Roman Calendar, and we also describe the liturgical texts proper to it.
