De un municipio tradicional a un municipio inteligente: Por un desarrollo local sostenible

    Se demanda pensar y actuar en función del entorno, interpretar los principales cambios globales que están en marcha, proyectar las implicaciones de estos cambios para las actividades en la comunidad, en el sector rural y urbano en general y para las actividades de las organizaciones en particular en relación a la toma de decisiones en busca del desarrollo local sostenible. Se tiene teoría y discurso sobre el tema del cambio, sin embargo, la acción es diferente a la teoría que se tiene en mente. En la actualidad, se debate sobre temas, modelos, estrategias, relacionadas con el desarrollo local. De una forma u otra, casi todos los que opinan están involucrados en acciones que se desarrollan en los municipios para alcanzar dicho fin. Medite y ponga en práctica de inmediato la siguiente lección aprendida, “Si buscas resultados diferentes, si buscas transformación, si buscas construir Municipio Inteligente por un Desarrollo Local Sostenible, no sigas haciendo lo mismo, cambia de comportamientos, actitudes y prácticas”. Para ello, se traza como objetivo en esta investigación, sistematizar fundamentos teóricos y metodológicos que sustentan el modelo municipio inteligente por un Desarrollo local sostenible en relación al modelo tradicional que se manifiesta en la realidad local.

    It is demanded to think and act according to the environment, to interpret the main global changes that are under way, to project the implications of these changes for activities in the community, in the rural and urban sector in general and for the activities of the organizations in particular in relation to decision making in search of sustainable local development. There is theory and discourse on the subject of change, however, the action is different from the theory in mind. Currently, there is debate on topics, models, strategies, related to local development. In one way or another, meditate and put into practice immediately the next lesson learned, "If you are looking for different results, if you are looking for transformation, if you are looking to build an Intelligent Municipality for Sustainable Local Development, do not keep doing the same, change behaviors, attitudes and practices". To this end, the objective of this paper is to systematize the theoretical and methodological foundations that support the smart municipality model through sustainable Local Development in relation to the traditional model that manifests itself in the local reality.
