  • The article presents the transcript of a panel discussion organized by the magazine "Flash Art" at the Pat Hearn Gallery in New York City on May 2,1986. Moderated by Peter Nagy, the discussion addressed topics such as the work of Pictures-generation artists and the integration of an absurdist or existential position with Marxian concepts. Members of the panel included artists Sherrie Levine, Peter Halley and Haim Steinbach.
