Resumen de The historical-cultural heritage as attractive tourism: the colonial city esteco in the cuenca del rio juramento (salta - argentina)

  La provincia de Salta (Argentina) con su diversidad geográfica y la riqueza de su pasado histórico, contiene sitios y regiones de alto valor patrimonial. Entre ellas, situada al sudeste provincial, la cuenca del rio Pasaje o Juramento porta un conjunto de sitios arqueológicos que interactúan cual nodos territoriales conformando, junto a otros bienes tangibles e intangibles, un sistema patrimonial que le confiere una potente impronta paisajística, histórica y cultural, de fuerte carácter identitario para sus pobladores. Es objetivo de ésta contribución la difusión del patrimonio, continuando una línea de investigación con perspectiva territorial desde una visión integradora, sobre las construcciones urbanas y arquitectónicas forjadas en la época colonial y que contribuyeron a la organización histórica del territorio: tres ciudades, fuertes y reducciones Jesuíticas, más los caminos que los intervinculaban y unían el Tucumán con el Alto Perú; bienes que formaron parte del espacio ocupado por la sociedad indiana y de su obra urbanizadora. Se indaga en las líneas teóricas e históricas que les dieran origen y se presentan, luego de procesar documentos de archivo gráficos, fotográficos y bibliográficos, los avances desde el campo de la arqueología realizados en los primeros años del presente siglo -abarcando nichos poco explorados de investigación sobre estos núcleos gregarios coloniales-especialmente de la ciudad de Nuestra Señora de Talavera de Madrid, conocida como Esteco el Nuevo.Se espera incrementar y retroalimentar el capital de conocimiento de estos recursos, con el objeto de transferirlo a los distintos niveles de gestión para definir políticas públicas orientadas a la promoción turística del territorio a través de su puesta en valor, en el marco de planes de desarrollo socio-ambiental, cultural y turístico, que operen como modelo de desarrollo local sostenible e integración regional.

  The province of Salta (Argentina) with its geographical diversity and the richness of its historical past, contains sites and regions of high heritage value. Among them, located in the southeastern province, the Pasaje or Juramento river basin carries a set of archaeological sites that interact as territorial nodes, together with other tangible and intangible assets, a heritage system that gives it a powerful landscape, historical and cultural imprint , of strong identity for its inhabitants.

  The objective of this contribution is the dissemination of heritage, continuing a line of research with a territorial perspective from an integrative vision, on urban and architectural constructions forged in the colonial era and that contributed to the historical organization of the territory: three cities, forts and reductions Jesuit, plus the roads that interlinked them and linked Tucumán with Upper Peru; goods that were part of the space occupied by the Indian society and its urban development work.

  The theoretical and historical lines that gave them origin are investigated and presented, after processing graphic, photographic and bibliographic archival documents, the advances from the field of archeology made in the first years of the present century - embracing little explored niches of research on these colonial gregarious nuclei - especially from the city of Our Lady of Talavera in Madrid, known as Esteco el Nuevo. It is expected to increase and provide feedback on the knowledge capital of these resources, in order to transfer it to the different levels of management to define public policies aimed at promoting the territory's tourism through its enhancement, within the framework of development plans socio-environmental, cultural and tourism, operating as a model of sustainable local development and regional integration.
