El texto definitivo Ley de la Generalitat, de regulación del juego y de prevención de la ludopatía en la Comunidad de Valencia se publicó en el Boletín Oficial de las Cortes Valencianas de 10 de junio de 2020 entrando en vigor el día 16 de junio con su publicación el Diario Oficial de la Generalitat Valenciana. En este articulo el autor analiza de manera crítica las principales medidas que incorpora la Ley y las consecuencias que puede producir tanto en el sector del juego como de la hostelería valenciana repasando los principales recursos de que puede ser objeto.

The final text of the Law of the Generalitat, on the regulation of gambling and the prevention of pathological gambling in the Community of Valencia was published in the Official Gazette of the Valencian Courts of June 10, 2020, entering into force on the 16th of June with its publication of the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana. In this article, the author critically analyzes the main measures that the Law incorporates and the consequences that it can produce both in the gaming sector and in the Valencian hospitality industry, reviewing the main resources that it may be subject to.
