En el presente trabajo se aborda, desde una perspectiva spinoziana, el debate actual entre el determinismo y el libre albedrío, en la imputabilidad penal. Para ello, se analizan las posibilidades de construir un concepto de imputabilidad penal con base en el sistema determinista de la Ética.
In this paper we analyze, from a Spinozian perspective, the current debate between determinism and free will, in criminal imputability. To do this, we analyze the possibilities of constructing a criminal imputability concept based on the deterministic system of Spinoza’s Ethics.
