    La irrupción de la robótica y la IA en la historia representa uno de los momentos más decisivos en la evolución de la humanidad. El robot inteligente coloca al hombre frente a un espejo y lo obliga a preguntarse quién y qué es, cuáles son sus notas esenciales y definitorias. Esta respuesta le permitirá responder, a su vez, a la pregunta sobre la ecuación de estos robots a los humanos, mediante la atribución de personalidad jurídica. Este análisis se ve obligado por la necesidad de anticipación a este respecto. En este trabajo se describen los problemas y preguntas existentes, mientras que se analizan y critican las diversas posiciones que se han propuesto. Todo ello, partiendo del carácter abierto e indefinido de estas cuestiones en la actualidad, dada la incertidumbre existente y la rapidez de los acontecimientos.

    The irruption of robotics and AI in history represents one of the most decisive moments in the evolution of humanity. The intelligent robot places the man in front of a mirror and forces him to wonder who and what he is, what his essential and defining notes are. This answer will allow you to answer, in turn, the question about the equation of these robots to humans, through the attribution of legal personality. This analysis is compelled by the need for anticipation in this regard. In this work, the existing problems and questions are described, while the various positions that have been proposed are analyzed and criticized. All this, based on the open and indefinite nature of these issues at present, given the existing uncertainty and the speed of events.
