El siguiente trabajo expone el primer avance de investigación sobre el Derecho al Desarrollo y el Desarrollo Sustentable como principio fundante de este. Este escrito brinda un acercamiento al concepto de Desarrollo Sostenible y Sustentable y la relación que existe entre este y el Derecho; para finalmente plantear el contexto en el cual se encuentra en el ordenamiento jurídico Colombiano y proponer a manera de hipótesis ciertas premisas que son el inicio de toda esta investigación.

The following paper presents the first research progress on the Right to Development and Sustainable Development as its founding principle. This paper provides an approach to the concept of sustainable and sustainable development and the relationship between it and the law; to finally state the context in which it is in the Colombian legal system and propose as hypotheses certain premises that are the beginning of all this investigation
