Revisión de la evolución de los factores psicosociales en la enfermería de Cantabria en la primera década del siglo XXI

    En estudios anteriores se ha evidenciado que los riesgos que conllevan unas condiciones psicosociales desfavorables afectan tanto al bienestar como a la salud física, psíquica o social del trabajador, así como al desarrollo del propio trabajo. En la actualidad, estas condiciones desfavorables persisten y continúan siendo el origen de la aparición de conductas y actitudes inapropiadas en el desarrollo del trabajo.

    El propósito de este trabajo es conocer la evolución de los factores psicosociales del colectivo de Enfermería de Cantabria en los primeros 10 años del siglo XXI, aplicando la misma metodología del estudio realizado en el año 2000. En este estudio, los Factores Psicosociales más desfavorables fueron la Carga Mental y el Interés por el Trabajador. Por el contrario, el factor más favorable fue el de las Relaciones Personales.

    Para constatar esta evolución, se realizará un estudio descriptivo transversal donde se analizarán los factores psicosociales mediante un cuestionario obtenido del Instituto Nacional de Seguridad e Higiene en el Trabajo (INSHT). También se analizarán los eventos significativos que han afectado a la Enfermería en Cantabria en este periodo de tiempo.

    Es esperado que los datos obtenidos sean de gran utilidad para valorar la situación psicosocial de la Enfermería en Cantabria, dando posibilidad de intervención en los factores más debilitados como posibilidad de mejora futura.

    Previous studies have shown that the risks associated with adverse psychosocial conditions affect both the well-being or physical health, or social worker psquica as the development of the work itself. At present, these unfavorable conditions persist and continents being the source of the sighting of inappropriate behaviors and attitudes in the development of work.

    Dealing for the purposes of this study was to determine the evolution of psychosocial factors of the nurse in Cantabria in the first 10 years of the century, applying the same methodological study in the year 2000. In this study, psychosocial factors more adverse were mental workload and interest for the worker. On the contrary, the most favorable factor was the personal relationships.

    To determine this evolution, a cross sectional study will be realized, where psychosocial factors will be analyzed using a questionnaire derived from the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health at Work (INSHT). There will be also analyzed the important events that have concerned the Infirmary in Cantabria in this period of time.

    It is expected that the data obtained are useful for assessing the psychosocial situation of the Nurse in Cantabria, giving possibility to Intervention on the factors more weakened as the possibility of future improvement.
