    A través de este artículo se mostrará que la propuesta de decreto para reformar los artículos 116 y 127 de la Constitución Política de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos, para cumplir con la resolución de la Acción de Inconstitucionalidad 105/2018 y su acumulada 108/2018 emitida por el Pleno de la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Nación es inviable toda vez que, lejos de concretar los lineamientos, limitaciones y prohibiciones que establecían que nadie debe ganar más que el titular del Poder Ejecutivo a nivel nacional, su contenido fue diseñado con una ambigüedad y vaguedad injustificada atendiendo a la naturaleza abierta propia de las disposiciones de los ordenamientos constitucionales

    Through this article it will be shown that the proposed decree to reform the articles 116° and 127° of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States, to comply with the resolution of the Action of Unconstitutionality 105/2018 and its cumulative 108/2018 issued by The Plenary of the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation is unfeasible since, far from specifying the guidelines, limitations and prohibitions that established that no one should earn more than the holder of the Executive Power at the national level, its content was designed with ambiguity and unjustified vagueness considering the open texture typical of the provisions of constitutional orders
