En este artículo se analizan tres hechos conflictivos que se están desarrollando durante los últimos años en el Estado español. Aunque con características distintas, los tres procesos han surgido con el objetivo de conseguir la equiparación de igualdad de derechos entre hombres y mujeres. El propósito del artículo es el de contextualizar los tres conflictos en el marco de la tradición reivindicativa del Movimiento Feminista, contra la exclusión femenina; también el de mostrar aspectos relevantes de las relaciones de poder presentes en los procesos de construcción y cambio de los órdenes sociales y culturales.

Artikulu honetan, azken urte hauetan Espainiar Estatuan gertatzen ari diren hiru gertakizun gatazkatsu aztertzen dira. Nahiz eta ezaugarri desberdinekoak izan, hiru prozesuak emakumeen eta gizonezkoen arteko eskubideen berdintasuna lortzeko sortu dira. Artikuluaren xedea, hiru gatazkak, Mugimendu Feministak emakumeen baztertzearen aurka duen tradizio errebindikatiboaren barne ezartzea da; halaber, antolaketa sozial eta kulturalen eraikuntza eta aldaketa prozesuetan ematen diren botere erlazioen ezaugarri garrantzitsuak azaltzea.

This article analyzes three conflictive issues which have arisen in the last few years in the Spanish State. Although of different characteristics, these three processes have emerged with the objective of achieving equal rights for men and women. The intention of this article is to contextualize these three conflicts in the frame of the Feminist Movement's demand-making tradition which works against female exclusion; also to show relevant aspects of the power relations present in the processes of construction and change of the social and cultural orders.
