Resumen de Classificações em enfermagem: tensões e contribuições

Abstract: Facing tensions generated by the nursing classifications development and use produces contributions that are important to articulate theoretical and clinical nursing. In this article relevant sources of these tensions in the movement of the classifications of nursing are argued and some contributions generated from research on nursing diagnoses according to the North American Nursing Diagnosis Association classification are presented.

Resumo: O enfrentamento das tensões geradas pelo desenvolvimento e uso de classificações de enfermagem produz contribuições importantes para articular a teoria à prática clínica de enfermagem. Neste artigo são discutidas fontes relevantes dessas tensões no movimento das classificações de enfermagem e apresentadas algumas contribuições geradas de pesquisas sobre diagnósticos segundo a classificação da North American Nursing Diagnosis Association.
