La docencia:: el trabajo de los maestros, los roles y las responsabilidades

    De manera destacada se ha reconocido el papel fundamental que representa el docente en la dirección del proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje, no obstante, también se ha determinado que, si éste es inobservante de las condiciones educativas de sus alumnos, así como de sus contextos familiares, su rol no terminaría influenciando completa y trascen-dentalmente. El rol del docente ha sufrido una evolución a tal punto que este debe estar capacitado con la finalidad de educar a las nuevas generaciones; lo que se traduce en un compromiso que repercute en la mejora del desarrollo y las capacidades de los alumnos. La iniciativa de desarrollar la presente revisión surge de la importancia por diferenciar la diversidad de roles (funciones) y responsabilidades que recaen sobre el ejercicio de la docencia. Los resultados de la revisión están constituidos por criterios de expertos que sustentan los aspectos ya mencionados. En conclusión, existe una amplia gama de funciones o roles sobre los maestros o docentes en todo el mundo, que van desde el diagnóstico de sus alumnos hasta la evaluación y el seguimiento del aprendizaje. De la literatura revisada se desprende que sobre estas funciones es que cada docente o profesional de la educación asume sus responsabilidades. Asimismo, pese que se constató que existen responsabilidades legales (penales, civiles y administrativas) y responsabilidades morales, fue sobre esta última que versó el artículo y se encontró que van a depender de las funciones que impone cada institución y las que cada docente asume como parte de su trabajo.

    The fundamental role of the teacher in directing the teaching and learning process has been recognized prominently, however, it has also been determined that, if it is not observant of the educational conditions of its students, as well as their family contexts , his role would not end up influencing completely and transcendentally. The role of the teacher has under-gone an evolution to such an extent that it must be trained in order to educate the new generations; which translates into a commitment that affects the development and development of the students. The initiative to carry out this review arises from the importance of differentiating the diversity of roles (functions) and responsibilities that fall on the exercise of teaching. The results of the review are made up of expert criteria that support the aforementioned aspects. In conclusion, there is a wide range of functions or roles for teachers around the world, ranging from the diagnosis of their students to the evaluation and monitoring of learning. From the literature reviewed it is clear that these functions are that each teacher or professional in education assumes their responsibilities. Likewise, despite the fact that it was found that there are legal responsibilities (criminal, civil and administrative) and moral responsibilities, it was on the latter that the article dealt with and it was found that they will depend on the functions imposed by each institution and those that each teacher assumes as part of your job.
