  • From Time to time can be useful to refresh ideas about the industrial activity of ship repair and ship conversions.

    This segment of the maritime industry tells us about how the repair yards offer and carry out maintenance services to the shipowners, so that the ships can be operated profitably and kept in proper condition in line with the required regulations in force.

    The article also refers to the ship conversion activity studied from different points of view. This segment of the industry is really a permanent learning process about the different angles, technical, commercial, juridical, etc. Finally, some different aspects related to the prevention of occupational hazards in shipbuilding and ship repairing are approaching.
