Resumen de Evolución histórica y estado actual de la prescripción enfermera en España

  Objetivo: Conocer el actual estado de la Prescripción Enfermera en España.

  Metodología: se ha llevado a cabo una revisión sistemática basada en la literatura científica recogida en las bases de datos: Pubmed, Cuiden y Lilacs.

  Resultados: Se obtuvieron un total de 192 artículos, de los cuales se pasaron dos cribas, la primera de concordancia con el objeto a estudio tras lectura de título y resumen, tras la cual quedaron 28 artículos y tras una segunda lectura a texto completo quedaron un total de 17 artículos, de los cuales finalmente han sido incluidos un total de 12 artículos que cumplían los criterios de inclusión establecidos.

  Conclusiones: En el ámbito internacional, la prescripción enfermera parece haberse instaurado en un marco legal estable y óptimo para su desarrollo. Sin embargo, en España el proceso sigue en vías de regularización.

  Objective:Know the current status of the Nurse Prescription in Spain.

  Methodology:A systematic review based on the scientific literature collected in the databases has been carried out: Pubmed, Cuiden and Lilacs.

  Results:A total of 192 articles were obtained, of which two screens were passed, the first one in accordance with the object under study after reading the title and summary, after which 28 articles remained and after a second full-text reading a total of 17 articles, of which a total of 12 articles have finally been included that met the established inclusion criteria.

  Conclusions:In the international sphere, the nurse prescription seems to have been established in a stable and optimal legal framework for its development.

  However, in Spain the process is still in the process of regularization.
