¿Es posible una educación sin reglas y sin normas, en el contexto de un mundo globalizado?

    La situación actual de las sociedades fuertemente informatizadas, caracterizadas por una creciente ausencia de normas y de reglas, apunta – según apreciaciones recientes de Francis Fukuyama- a una mejor educación y comunicación entre los hombres. El trabajo discute estas conclusiones, señalando que la secuencia argumentativa que vincula necesariamente globalización con des-regulación, es inconsistente e ideológicamente interesada. Por el contrario, a través de una reconstrucción histórica y de una indagación analítica de distintos modelos, se sostiene que las normas y las reglas son condiciones de posibilidad de las relaciones educativas y comunicacionales.

    Die heutige Situation der stark informatisierten Gesellschaften, die durch eine anwachsende Abwesenheit von Normen und Regeln gekennzeichnet ist, zielt, nach jüngsten Erwägungen von Francis Fukuyama, auf eine Verbes-serung der Erziehung und der zwischenmenschlichen Kommunikation. Dieser Beitrag diskutiert diese Schlussfolgerungen und weist auf, dass die argumentative Sequenz, die die Globalisierung notwendigerweise mit der Desregulierung in Beziehung setzt, inkonsistent und ideologisch komprom-mitiert ist. Ganz im Gegenteil erlaubt es eine historische Rekonstruktion und eine analytische Untersuchung verschiedener Modelle zu behaupten, dass Normen und Regeln Bedingungen der Möglichkeit der erzieherischen und kommunikativen Beziehungen sind.

    The present situation of highly computarized societies, characterized by an ever increasing lack of norms and rules now aims at a better education and communication among men, according to Francis Fukuyama’s recent appreciations. This paper analyzes these conclusions and emphasizes the fact that the argumentative sequence which necessarlly links globalization with deregulation is inconsistent and it is ideologically interested. On the other side, by means of a historical reconstruction and of an analytical inquiry of different patterns it is here sustained that both norms and rules are conditions of possibility of educational and communicative relations.
