Arquétipos da sacralidade interior na espiritualidade cristã e no misticismo emergente

  • Como uma névoa que se espalha pelo planeta, voltam à cena a gnose, a magia e os antigos mitos. Às vezes, na forma de um esoterismo popular e comercial. Outras vezes, na forma de uma “iniciação aos mistérios”, sutil e elaborada: um mergulho em si mesmo, na tentativa de encontrar a Sacralidade. Este artigo lança um olhar de discernimento sobre tudo isto, partindo de sete arquétipos presentes na mística: a grande-esfera, o sábio, Sophia, o casal sagrado, a Fênix, o caminho e a montanha. O que eles significam? Que sentimentos eles indicam, a nível psico-espiritual? Com enfoque interdisciplinar, o artigo nos ajuda a compreender o fenômeno e sugere respostas cristãs.Abstract: Gnosis, magic and ancient myths are back on the scene like a mist which spreads over the planet. At times they take the form of popular and commercial esoterism. At other times, the form of an “initiation into the mysteries”, subtle and elaborate: a dive into oneself in the attempt to find Sacredness. This article takes a discerning look at all this, from the starting point of seven archetypes present in mysticism: the great-sphere, the wiseman, Sophia, the sacred couple, the Phoenix, the Way and the Mountain. What do they allmean? At the psycho-spiritual level, what sentiments do they indicate? As an interdisciplinary focus the article helps us to understand the phenomenon and suggests Christian responses.
